Right Click Options

In one of my OS setups right clicking a folder (or left clicking twice) brings up SEARCH as the first option. I want to reset the left double click or right menu click to enable OPEN at the top of the list and not SEARCH. There has got to be an easy way to remedy this but I cannot find it. Any help would be apprecaited.
