Right Click on Shortcut very slow

I recently reinstalled W2K, downloaded and installed SP4,
downloaded and installed all security patches. I then
installed Netware Services to access my Novell 3.11
server. Everytime I right click on a desktop shortcut, it
takes about 55 seconds for the right click menu to
appear. Everything else seems to be working ok.
 
I've seen such things happening with Netware client installed. Have you
tried login without Netware client? (workstation only)
