Right-click no longer works with IE

This just happened recently...but right-clicking (where it always used to
bring up a very useful menu) no longer appears for my IE. I am using IE6,
sp2 with WinXP.

Right-clicking to bring up menus with other applications (such as Outlook)
does work.

I have not installed anything new in several days and performing a system
restore did not do the trick either. I am open to anything! Thanks...

Download and run HijackThis;
