Right click MSN Messenger, send Email, can't open OE but a web associat with my account

when i right click a contact on my msn messenger, select "send an email to
this contact", it opened a web (with my account).
i wander if it can open OE, how should i do? i can do it when was using
windows messenger.
some people suggested me do like this:

check under IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs and
Control Panel/Add or Remove/Set Default Access and Defaults for starters.

OR

Set Outlook Express as default mail client - Start/Run and type in:
MSIMN.EXE /REG

but it doesn't use.

Can't be done in MSN Messenger. It defaults to your .NET Passport account.

My MSN Messenger account opens just fine in OE, Bear. What are you trying
to say here? Passport is only a user name and password.

Is your .NET Passport account associated with a Hotmail ([email protected])
or MSN ([email protected]) account, as I assumed?

Is yours, Kelly?
