right click mouse

When I right click on a picture to save us, my only
choice is as a bitmap, it used to list jpg, gif etc. I
realize this is some simple option, but I do not know how
to fix it. Anyone help?

Go to Start > Run and type: CLEANMGR.EXE , and hit enter.
This will start your disk cleanup utility. Make sure to cleanup
your Temporary Internet Files.
