Right Click Menus missing on XP Home Start Menu

Suddenly, when I right click on a program on the left
side of the xp start menu, no menu appears. Previously a
menu appeared containing option to remove from list.
Now, when I right click, nothing!

Anyone know how to fix this so the menu appears again on
right click?

Try this:

Right click the Start button | Properties | Start Menu tab | Customize
button | Advanced tab | Check: Enable dragging and dropping | OK |Apply |
OK
