right click menu loads slow

for some reason when i right click icons of files, the
mouse cursor stays in the hourglass loading animation for
about 20 seconds and then the menu loads. when i do this
on my desktop background or inside a program like AIM, the
menu loads regularly. this problem occured overnight and i
don't know what happened.

This is due to an issue involving NAV and an expired Verisign security certificate. See other threads in this group with "right" or "click" in the menu for more info..
