I click on the Windows key.I than click on control panel(or documents,or
music or..)..the page slowly loads and before it can completely load,the
screen goes to white and than takes me to the Windows start page(where my
desktop background and shortcut icons are).The desktop background is still
there,but my shortcut icons and start menu are now gone.
If I wait 20 seconds or so,the icons and start menu comes back up.
So than I click on the Windows key,and try it again,the same thing happens.
