right click menu keeps appearing

I am having a major problem with my computer. It keeps bringing up the right
click menu in whatever frame i am working in. It mostly appears at the top
left of the frame . It also spurratically goes away and reappers at
different times. I have defragmented, diskcleanup, uninstalled mouse drivers,
restarted, system restored to a previous time when it wasnt affecting my
comp, virus and spyware scanned. There is no indication to why this problem
would start in the first place either. if anyone can help me fix this i will
majorly appreciate it.

Either the mouse button is sticking, or, more likely, the Context Menu
button on the keyboard is sticking. It's located to the right of the
spacebar, and left of the Ctrl key.

my computer is a laptop, will this change the key location?

The key looks like a sheet of paper with lines, and a mouse pointer on
it. The last two laptops I looked at had the button.
