Right Click Menu

When I right click on my mouse (in any program) an outline of the menu box
appears, but the menu items themselves do not appear until I run the mouse
over the menu box. Can someone please help fix this so that the right click
menu appears as it normally should?

Hi,

Most likely a context menu entry or a video driver problem.

On troubleshooting the context menu:
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/context_folders.htm

For video-related problems, either reinstall the existing driver set or get
an update from the card manufacturer.
