Right Click in Notification Area

Just recently I have had a problem with right clicking in the
notification area. It is seemingly random, but if I right click on an
icon (task manager, thunderbird) I get both the menu for task manager
and the menu for the taskbar.

Can I fix this?

Did anyone ever answer your question about the notification area? I don't
know the answer but if I've understood your question. If you're saying that
the problem is that you get BOTH the taskbar AND the task manager menu, isn't
that the way it's supposed to be? In other words, aren't those two menus
generally together?

I suspect I've misunderstood your problem. Best of luck resolving it, if you
haven't already.
