Right Click Freezes

I'm using windows XP (SP2). When ever i right click on
any folder on my computer, my computer freezes for
atleast 30 secs. This problem is not related to SP2. I
can't do anything on my computer when i right click to do
something. Can anyone help me with this matter. I dont
want to install Windows again. Thanks in Advance.

Probably related to a misbehaving context menu handler.
