Right click freeze

After an automatic update recently I have not been able to
right click anything or goto file in Windows Explorer.
When I do it freezes. I then have to alt + control +
delete and end Explorer. I didnt have this problem before
the recent update. I have tried everything I could think
of to remedy this problem.

Do you have utility program running all the time? at startup? what are they?

I really appreciate your reply Maurice N Your post made
me remember I enabled "Backround entropy polling" which is
why this was happening. I forgot all about that. Again,
thank you!
