Right click crashes to not responding??

Whenever i try to right click on a folder or even on desktop, it freezes up
and with ctrl-alt-delete it says the "not responding". It then goes to dr
morton or whatever its called and says its debugging and to send a error
report. Which ive done hundreds of times, with no help yet! Can anyone help
with this problem cause its sending me nuts!! Thanks if you do.

Some software running at the same time may cause this. See "How to
