How can I remove Run As and Pin to Start Menu from right click?

Hi,

I tried the disable Pin to Start Menu as shown in line 160, but it seems to
only disable it for some icons, not all. Looks like is disables it for
shorcuts that were manually created, but the option is still there for the
managed shorcuts (thru MSI). Is there a way to globally disable it?

Remove/Disable Start Menu Pin To List (Line 278) right hand side
