Reuters Video will not load

I have a windows XP, and in the past went I went to
Reuters.com I could download the Reuters TV video on my
computer.

Now when I try to download it, a zap sound comes across
my speakers, and fades away in a second. Then the screen
reverts back to normal, and the Reuters Video doesn't
load.

Do you think my computer could have picked up a virsus?
What do you think?

Disable or turn-off any pop-up stoppers beforehand.
Once I disable my Norton Internet Security, the site's
TV loaded fine.
