Retrieving/Recovering photo AFTER reboot

I'm in a rut. My computer kept locking up and/or freezes up. I made a backup
on CD then did a system reboot. Once I was back up and running, I tried
retrieving my files using the CD. For whatever reason, the CD was blank, it
did not copy any of my files. Does anyone know if there is any possibility or
know of any software programs that can recover deleted files after the
computer has been rebooted? Please help!

Use Restore to one day back. All the files you had yesterday should be there.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

Forgot, the Restore feature restores only system files. Personal documents
such as photos are probably gone. You can download the below to a floppy
disk and run it from there and it may find your deleted documents.

Thanks. I really hope this works. Those photos are the only copy I have and
they're very important. I was told I had to bring it to an expert and it was

I believe this will help me too. I mistakenly deleted my very important
document from computer from the recycle bin and i am realy hot. so i will
also try this and see if i can retrieve the doument. I will let you know if i
succeed.
