Help Please! Did a system recovery

Did a system recover and a back up folder was created (C:\My Backup) of all
files on my hard drive. My question is can I reinstall any of them files
back to my computer if so where can I find instructions on how to reinstall
only want the ones that are no longer available to download from company and
I have no disc for.

Just to clarify a bit, by system recover, do you mean Windows System Recovery?

Not sure of what happened to my reply so will try again.

I think it would be a Window Systems recovery, I used the restore CD that
came with computer and what is called a non-destructive restore where I had
to make a back-up file that is stored on my c drive.
