Retrieving a FrontPage file from the web

Hi,

I created a website with FrontPage and posted it through
my server (at&t). All was great. Then my system crashed
and I lost my files.

My website is still out there and functioning fine.
However, I want to make modifications.

Is there a way for me to pull it back off the server and
onto my hard drive so I may manage it once again, or is
my only option to recreate the whole thing and repost it
onto my server?

If the server has the FrontPage extensions installed ( if you published using http:// it does ) open
the site on the server in FrontPage and "Publish" it back to a location on your computer
