retrieve deleted files

I placed some files in my trash bin folder and emptied it by accident. Is it lost forever or can I retrieve the file somehow. I need help.

You may be able to recover the file(s) with a 3rd party 'undelete' program:

Yes you may be able to recover them download and install
the trial version of active@undelete:

Another good third-party software program for recovering deleted files is Disk Commander. Check out http://www.winternals.com. It is not free, but it is the one that I use and has saved my rear many times.
