Retireve Dell Media Experience

Took computer to shop. They reinstalled XP Pro, used their disk and my
product key, lost Dell Media Experience which was installed with purchase of
computer.
Question: 1) Can I retrieve it?
2) If so, how?

Try this: Use the Service Tag on the back of the Dell at the Dell site to
locate and download the software that came with the machine. Or, check the
other disks that came with the Dell.

If it isn't there, ask Dell how to get another copy; the Service Tag will
tell them (and you) exactly what machine you have and what software was on
it.
