Resuming Installation of WinXP SP2

Using the automatic update feature of WinXP, I was
installing SP2, when the installation was stopped because
of a missing "GetIUMS" in the MSDART.DLL file. I have
replaced the bad MSDART.DLL file, but I can't get SP2 to
reload. Window Update thinks SP2 is installed, but there
is no Windows Security Center icon in my Control Panel.
So I'm in limbo. What do I do next?

maybe do a repair install. This will initialize the system to what it was
when you installed XP from your CD i.e. no service packs. Dont worry about
loss of data. This process doesnt format. Then after the repair install
*doewnload* sp2 to your hdd. Do not install via windows update. Its insane
to install something of that size via a semi live feed.
