Installing Service Pack 2 for WinXP

My installation of Service Pack 2 was stopped with the
message: "Could not find GetIUMS in file MSDART.DLL."
What does this mean and what do I do to fix it?

Go to www.google.com search for MSDART.DLL download it and replace
overtop the old file. Then reinstall sp2
