Can't get Windows Security Center

I was installing SP2 for WinXp and was interrupted because
the program couldn't find GetIUMS in file MSDART.DLL. I
was using the Automatic Update feature of WinXP. I have
loaded the correct MSDART.DLL, but now I can't get SP2 to
resume. Windows Update thinks SP2 is fully installed, so
SP2 won't reload. There is no Windows Security Center icon
in my Control Panel. What do I do now?

Does SP2 show up in Add/Remove Programs? If so, uninstall it. Then get
the full download or cd instead of trying to use Windows Update. Post
back if this doesn't work for you.
