Resume from hibernate hangs in windows 2000

I can get into standby or hibernate mode but resume from hibernate
always hangs. It goes upto 100% and just stops there. Can anyone help
please? It used to work before but stopped working, can't figure out
what causing it to hang. Thanks.

My system spec:__________________
Intel P4 2.4Ghz / Samsung 512MB PC2700 DDR
Asus P4B533-E mobo (onboard RAID, NIC, Audio, USB 2.0, FireWire)
Maxtor 60GB (ATA 133) + 2x80GB WD (ATA 100)
Pioneer 16x DVD + Plextor 16/10/40A CD-RW
ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon 32MB - AGP
Midiman Audiophile2496 - PCI2
