I'd suggest using Google for that. (I'm not sure what kind of "high tech
information" you think you're going to find in a resume.)

Your resume is supposed to include information about you and your
education/experience, not information from someone else's resume.

I will admit that I've reviewed resumes of my peers to see what kind of
skills they mention or how they phrased something. It helped me to fine tune
my resume. I also avoided all Microsoft templates. Let's face it, resumes
based on Word templates all look alike. I prefer that my resume stand out
from the crowd without resorting to using fluorescent orange posterboard.
