Restrictions??

Today I opened up IE only to find out that my homepage had
been changed to a porn site. Well I clicked "Tools" and
then "Internet options" only to get this error:

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator."

Well the problem is I'm the administrator and this is my
home PC. I can't figure out how to remove this. I was able
to go into the registry and remove the porn site as my
home page. But I can't use my options anymore.

Can anyone help me??
