restricting what autotext shows you

Am using XP, Word 2002, and have created a document with
a number of different autotext lists i.e. Druglist,
Medical Procedure and formatted the document using styles
to match where I want a specific list to appear, so when
user clicks to a certain part of the document they are
presented only with one drop down list from the toolbar
i.e. drugs.
However, if you don't point and click from this list and
begin to type the word, autotext function presents you
with ALL options, not just the ones from that specific
list i.e. if paragraph styled as Medical Procedure and I
want to type Aspiration, I am offered Aspirin (from
Druglist) first.
Is it possible to make Word only present you with
autotext options taken from the list matching the
particular style you are in when typing? Am I doing
something wrong? Unfortunately we have no access to VBA
(long story - Word accessed via another program etc.)
Any ideas? thanks

The autotexts are in a single list. The dropdown menu is only an indication
of the texts formatted for a particular paragraph style, so if you have the
prompt displayed you are going to have this problem. You can turn off the
autocomplete suggestions from the autotext dialog, but there will be nothing
to stop a user turning it back on again. Without the prompt the user can
pick from the list or type the key name and press F3.
