Restricting the use of Msn Messenger/window messenger from kids

or if you want to get rid of it entirely, boot in Safe Mode/Command line. Go to C:\program files and rename messenger to messenger1 or messenger.old or something else. That way the little bugger wont' start. Next, to turn off MS Messenger (not the IRC thingie), Start/Run/MSCONFIG, change to the Services Tab and uncheck Messenger. Two problems gone...no porn popups, no stupid IRC client
