restricting remote assistance...

Hi,
I would like to restrict the way that users can request help for remote
assistance. We would like to avoid users sending remote assistance request
to each other, instead, we would like it to be directed to only 2 email
addresses, is it possible?

Another way to achieve this goal, would be to make the request for RA
possible but resctrict the connect process to the IT dept only.


Is there anyone that has solutions for this?

There is no built in policy setting for that. You might write a script that
unblocks the port (3389) and sends the mail.
