Restricting computers that show up in My Network Places

We have multiple companies on our network. They are all part of a
large domain, domain.com.
We have it set up on our network geat so Company A has no network
connectivity to Company B and vice versa.
The issue is that the computers for both companies show up in network
places. They can't acutally get to each others PC's though.
We are trying to make it so Company A would only see Company A's
resources, and maybe the shared resources such as the Exchange server
etc.
Is there a way to do this? I know that the way the browser service
works it will end up with a domain wide list. Would using sub
domains, such as companya.domain.com, get us around this issue? Or is
there a way to restrict/control what shows up in the browse list for
that company?
