Restricted windows account????

Hi, please help, my computer has been hacked and my INTRUSION ALERT on Norton
Internet Security has been turned OFF. When i try to turn it back on i get a
message saying --
FAILED TO SAVE SETTING. PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR WINDOWS ACCOUNT IS NOT
RESTRICTED
Can anyone help?????

Mabye, Just Mabye you should try contacting Symantec seeing that Symantec
Norton Internet Security, is not part of the Microsoft Operating Systems, Why
would they provide a helpdesk for it.....
