Restricted User Can't Use Design View

If a not priviledged user is logged into a computer (not an admin and not a
power
user) then that user is not able to use the report design view. Furthermore,
that user is not able to user Print Preview for a report. Logged in with an
administrator or power user account works just fine but I don't want to make
my users administrators or power users.

Any help is really appreciated.

Wow, weird fix to this one. I gave my user full persmissions over their
default printer and now things are working fine. If anyone can explain why
this fixed the problem I would sure like to know.

I'm not sure if 'full' permission is needed, but users do need to be able to
print in order to open a report in design view.

On a stand-alone machine, a printer must be installed (a driver at least) in
order to design reports.
