Print Preview and Design View Problems for Reports

I'm currently troubleshooting a problem that I think it user profile related.

Environment:

Active Directory Domain
User has local Admin rights to the PC
PC running Windows XP SP2 up to date patch
Office 2003 Pro up to date with its patches
Database files in question are in local pc and file server
Database in question has no special security

Problem:

A user called complaining that she can not preview or get into any design
view of reports in an Access Database. So I checked the database from my
computer and everything looks fine, I can access the Print Preview of the
Reports and get into the design view. I went to the user's computer and
logged as myself and I the database was working fine. The user logged and
she can not perform a print preview nor access the design view for Reports.
I ask her to open up other database and the user still encounters the same
problem. I logged in again as myself and I can perform the print preview and
design view in Reports in other databases. I then reinstalled Office 2003
Pro again, that did not work. Uninstall, restart, and Install Office 2003
Pro; that did not work. What I mean did not work is when the user is log in
the same problem but other users logging no problem. I then ask the user to
log into another PC that has Office 2003 installed and Access the same
database file she was trying to work on from the file server and the user did
not experience the problem of print preview and accessing design view in
Reports.

So I thought there might be an Access setting that stored in the User's
Local profile that's affecting Access, so I renamed the user profile on the
user's PC and ask the user to log in again so the local machine can create a
new profile folder for the user, this seems to work and she can access the
print preview and design view in Reports. Today, she came to me and told me
that she is experiencing the same problem again.

Right now I am at a loss as to why this is happening any suggestion on how
to resolve this problem.
