Restrict Sharing of Personal Items in Outlook Calendar

Is there a way to restrict users from being able to read certain calendar
items in Outlook? In my office we all have "Reviewer" level sharing access
to everyone's calendars, which allows each of us to see specifically what
anyone is doing at a particular time. I also use my Outlook calendar for
personal items (lunch plans, doctor's appointments, etc.), but I don't
necessarily want my co-workers to know the intimate details of how I'm
spending every waking moment. Is there a way to specify certain calendar
items as "personal" and thereby restrict access so that my co-workers can see
that my time is "busy" but not allow them to see the name or details of the
item (for example, "Dermatologist Appointment Downtown")? Any suggestions
would be great. Thanks!
