shared personal calendar issue

I used to have a co-worker that shared there calendar but now the user
decided not to share their calendar and I can't seem to remove her name from
my other calendar list.

The user had changed permissions so people could view her calendar and users
were able to open it by going to calendar and clicking on 'Open a shared
calendar'

Is there anyway to remove this persons calendar from the 'Other Calendars'
list?

right-click on the calendar folder and select Delete...
