restrict printing on a network

I am a member of a network of 70 users. All network printers show in
network neighborhood. I want to restrict printing on one particular printer
to three network users. A firewall keeps everybody out. How do I just let
the users I want inside the firewall?
 
Hi you can do it in the security options os the printer just add the poeple
you what to be able to print and remove everyone and any other user ther
execpt system and admins.
Or create a damain group and add that in the same place
