restrict permissions to shared calendar

I have a user "A" that needs to be able to see another user's "B" calendar,
but not make any changes to the other user's "B" calendar. Is there any way
to make "B's" calendar read-only to the User A in OWA?

Probably best to ask in an Exchange group since OWA is a part of Exchange, not Outlook.
