Shared Calendar - Operation Failed

user A shared her calendar with user B, when user B tries to open it, error
message- Operation Failed comes up. Both have Outlook 2003 on exch server
2003.
user A shared calendar with other users, and they can open it, user B can
open other users shared calendars.
