Restrict internet sites on terminal server

Hello,

We just built a new windows terminal server with citrix
metaframe 1.8 on it. We would like to restrict what site
users can go to? How can we do that?

This can be done via altering the hosts file, entering bogus DNS entries, restricted sites in IE or via web filter, ISA Server or Firewall. There's nothing specific to terminal server
