Restrict emails being forwarded

I am just wondering if there is a way of being able to
stop emails being forwarded on.?

Any susgestions would be much appreciated.

Not really. Email was not designed to be secure. There's no surefire
method - lots of third party stuff that purports to make it work, but it can
generally be bypassed. For example, you can't stop someone from copying &
pasting, and you can't stop someone from taking a screenshot of their
desktop and sending the graphics file along.
