Restoring older version of spreadsheet

Does anyone know how to restore back to an older version
of a spreadsheet? Thanks,Barb

Choose File, Save As (ALT +F, A)

Click on the Save As Type drop-down list and you have a
choice - options include 95, 97 - 2000 or 2002 if you have
it.

Hi Barbara,

Do you mean a previous version of the same spreadsheet, ie prior to changes
being made and saved? I'm going to guess that you're asking because someone
has made changes and saved these changes, and you'd now like to revert to
the previous copy, which didn't have those changes.

Unfortunately, unless you have another copy you will need to restore from
backup.

Depends on your backup files. your company mave hold more than one day
backups.
