restoring MS Word back to all programs menu

I accidently removed Microsoft Word from the all programs menu and put it on
my desktop, I would like to put it back in its original place. Any assistance
would be great.
 
Drag the short cut back to the start menu original location (you can
open/browse through the folders of the start menu by right clicking "Start"
and then choose "explore", browse to the folder you want (or create a new
folder) then drag the desktop short cut to the folder
