Restoring Files

Hello I have a problem, When one deletes a file and sends
it to their filing cabinet, how does one restore it after
one also deletes it from their filing cabinet. this
entails aol files. anyone that can help!? please thanks!

If you mean "Recycle bin", if you deleted the file from the recycle
bin, it has gone.
