restore to factory

I need to restore my computer to what it was from the factory. I don't have a system resore point. How do I do this??
 
Brian;
Check your manual or contact the computer manufacturer.
All manufacturers do it differently but their are 2 main methods:
1. Hidden partition on the hard drive
2. A series of CDs that you need to be boot to and follow the
instructions for the process.
