Restore System

Hi,
I resently thought I had a worm on my computer( I
didn't). I went to symantec web site and downloaded a
removal tool. It told me to disable the restore system
and I did. But now I can't get it to start again. I went
step by step at what they told me and nothing. It's
telling me an internal error 1359. I can't figure out
what to do to fix this problem. Was hoping you could help
please!!!!!!!!!!!!
