In order to see the files you will have to use Tools - Folder Options
in Windows Explorer. Go to the View tab and ensure that the option to
"Show hidden files and folders" is selected and that the option to
"Hide protected operating system files" is not selected.
Seeing the contents of this folder will probably not provide you with
much information, as the System Restore data is compressed and
encrypted.
