restore point calender doesn't work

I tried to restore my computer to a restore point I created
last month. The calender that appears when I ask for a
restore point won't let me go back to the preceding month.
When I click on the back arrow nothing happens-any ideas?

System Restore will delete the oldest restore point when it gets close to
the maximum allocated hard drive space. That restore point has apparently
been deleted and there are no other restore points left for that month.
