Restore not found

[TomsPC]

It was on my Accessories >System tools menu but has
disappeard. When I go to help it tells me where to find
it but it's not there. Any ideas?

Go to Start > Run and copy and paste the following:

%SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe
