Restore kernel32

Hi evrybody
I have one lap top infected with w32.pinfirnFile, I have
desinfected two times using panda and norton ativirus but
I am receiving message from Kernel32 with follow message
body " There is one or more files infected with
w32.pinfirnfile".
I think if I restore the kernel32 it´s goin to work fine.
Thanks in advanced
 
i wouldnt restore the kernel file. zap the harddirve and
use your backups to reload your system to when you didnt
have the worm.
